What To Expect
Our technician will arrive at your location, and check with you before touching the vehicle. Please let your technician know what your concerns are, or if any new concerns have arisen since the last time you talked to us over the phone.
The technician will inspect your vehicle for your specific complaints. We also offer a FREE computer scan of the vehicle to check for any codes, and a FREE visual inspection of vehicle's overall health. The technician will put together an estimate, which will be emailed to you and discussed with you before moving forward with the repair. You will approve this estimate via your email inbox.
After the repair is complete, we ask that the bill be settled in full before we return the keys to your vehicle to you. We accept payment via Venmo (@TrueNorthMobile), cash, or by credit/debit card. Sorry, we are unable to accept checks at this time! You will receive an email receipt once payment is received.
